This fieldwork has uncovered a fortification at the outer bailey of Mikul\u010dice Stronghold.<\/p>\n<p>The excavation is a rescue excavation initiated in reaction toa road constuction. This road will connect the NKP Mikul\u010dice Visitor Centre with a adjacent\/planned bridge.
